All financial transactions, communications, terms, and agreements are solely between Hosts and Guests. ResiPark is not responsible for any disputes, damage, theft, injury, or loss that may occur as a result of parking arrangements made through the platform.

By using ResiPark, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ResiPark, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your listing or booking of a parking space, or any disputes with other users.
